Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you place an order: name, shipping & billing address, email, phone (if you give it), and what you bought. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe via WooCommerce Payments) and are never stored on our servers.
When you sign up for the newsletter: your email address and the date you joined.
When you visit any page: a basic visit count (anonymous) and standard server logs (IP, user agent) kept for security and debugging.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Site Kit to understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out using your browser’s “Do Not Track” or a privacy extension.

What we do with it

Process and ship your orders.
Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (if you subscribed) the weekly Sunday Circular email.
Improve the shop — e.g. see which products are most popular.
Keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

What we never do

Sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Spam you. The Sunday Circular goes out roughly once a week, max.
Store your credit card number.

Your rights

You can email us at any time to:

See what we have on file about you.
Correct or update it.
Delete your account / unsubscribe from emails / remove your data (within legal limits — we have to keep order records for tax purposes).

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your shopping cart, remember your login, and run analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the shop won’t work without them.
